Не работает Wirenboard 5

Не открываются правила. При создании нового не сохраняется. Подключаюсь через SSHFS вижу только несколько файлов. Покупали до этого было все нормально, а этот ни в какую. Что делать, поддержка?


Для начала подробно описать проблему.

В скриншоте у вас всё отлично, вы по sshfs по-умолчанию подключаетесь к домашней директории, которая пустая. Укажите директорию / (корневую) при подключении. В нашей документации это описано.

Да, Вы правы, стали отображаться файлы, но правила не доступны

И еще подскажите, пожалуйста, как подключить SCADA client?

Вы что-нибудь с устройством делали до появления такого поведения, или оно у вас сразу не работало?

Для дальнейшей диагностики, подключитесь пожалуйста по SSH и покажите вывод

ps aux | grep wb-rules

и пришлите файл /var/log/messages с контроллера на support@

Заработало. Накосячил в rules.js. А насчет SCADA клиента подскажете что-нибудь?

Уважаемый Дмитрий, пожалуйста пишите подробно и чётко: сейчас мне приходится каждый раз угадывать, что вы имеете в виду.

Чем более понятно и подробно вы описываете проблему и свои действия, тем быстрее получится решить вашу проблему.

С самого начала обратил внимание, что нет перезагрузки из брокера. Не придал значения, начал добавлять правила. Правила работали. Вечером пошли выключили wirenboard, а утром после включения уже правила не смог открыть. Перепрошивал, но все настройки остались старые. Сегодня вроде включилось после удаления всех правил из файла E:\mnt\data\etc\wb-rules\rules.js. Добавил правила обратно и все снова

“откат” к старым версиям таким способом поддерживается плохо, возможно дело в этом.
Попробуйте самую свежую прошивку с wb55 в названии отсюда: https://github.com/contactless/wirenboard/releases

Пробовал прошить прошивкой по Вашей ссылке, осталась старая 201605122124. Прошивал через web-интерфейс :neutral_face:

внимательно смотрите за сообщениями при прошивке, если там есть какие-то ошибки - попытайтесь их понять или напишите на форум.

Есть ещё радикальный способ перепрошивки, через microUSB с компьютера, подробности в документации.
