Как-то сам закрылся кран в непутне.
По истории видно что сам кран закрылся 01:09

Можно понять откуда прилетела команда на закрытие крана в 01:09?
в 07:04 Отрытые легитимно произошло из голосового помощника, в Алису прокинуто через спрут хаб.

Можно проанализировать подключенных в этот промежуток времени клиентов из лога mosquitto.service.log.
