Проблемы при обновлении старой прошивки

5 секунд соединение, 5 секунд обрыв. И так циклично. До обновления наблюдал так-же, через 2 минуты после включения, связь восстанавливалась.

Сетевые порты не горят. IP адрес получить не могу…

Могу сделать фото или видео если нужно.

Сегодня могу обеспечить удалённое подключение teamviewer или что-то подобное.

Есть подозрение, что я напортачил здесь.
Запишем образ прошивки с именем firmware.img на диск /dev/sdX, замените имя файла и диска не свои:

sudo dd if=firmware.img of=/dev/sdX bs=1M conv=fdatasync && sync

Пример успешной прошивки:

У меня копирование происходило 80 секунд.

Соединение-обрыв - это что? Драйвер (чип) USB2serial питается от USB, он не может отключаться.

Точно ли верный файл был выбран?
Скорость копирования - не показатель, она от многих факторов зависит. Самый лучший способ - проверить чтением и сравнением с исходным, конечно.

Важно! Операционная система вашего компьютера может автоматически примонтировать разделы диска контроллера, которые появятся после выполнения команды mxsldr . В этом случае запись прошивки не выполнится успешно. Перед выполнением следующих пунктов проверьте, что ни один из разделов диска контроллера не смонтирован (командой mount — в выводе не должны упоминаться диски контроллера вида /dev/sdbN — как в этом примере), и отмонтируйте все такие смонтированные разделы командой umount /dev/sdbN .

Есть вариант проверить прошивку или привезти ПЛК к Вам?

8,5 секунд горит зеленый индикатор на ПЛК и (видимо возможно подключение)
1,5 секунды не горит индикатор на ПЛК.

COM10 в диспетчере устройств включается (появляется) и выключается (пропадает).

Точно таким же методом как загрузка прошивки на контроллер только поменяв агрументы наоборот:

dd if=/dev/sdX of=firmwareTEST.img bs=1M conv=fdatasync && sync

И сравнить два файла

cmp firmwareTEST.img firmware.img

Стоимость диагностики контроллера — 500 рублей, остальных модулей — 300 рублей,
Но про WB5 уточню, возможно ли сейчас его диагностировать.

Что при этом выводится в Debug порт?

Извините, не совсем понимаю как это сделать подключился по Putty. А что дальше?

Проверить наличие разделов. В случае если все есть - проверить на них ФС. Если и ФС есть (что вряд ли) тогда интересно. Если ФС нету - создать.
