Повелся я на записи на портале и перешел на бету 
В итоге mosquitto стартует норм.
wb-mqtt-mbgate не хочет стартовать, даже с обнуленным конфигом
Обнуление:
cat /etc/wb-mqtt-mbgate.conf.default > /etc/wb-mqtt-mbgate.conf
Рестарт
systemctl restart wb-mqtt-mbgate
просмотр статуса
systemctl status wb-mqtt-mbgate
Выход статуса:
