Modbus термостат MQTT Error

Здравствуйте. Подключил и сконфигурировал термостат на контроллер WB6. Данные в контроллер прилетают и термостат с дашборда управляется. Однако все 4 созданные переменные постоянно выдают ошибку в каналах MQTT. Прикрепляю конфиги переменных и короткое видео с ошибками с монитора.

Добрый день!
Рекомендую выполнить проверку валидности данных, поступающих в MQTT каналы.

  1. Подпишитесь на все топики устройства
    mosquitto_sub -v -t ‘/devices/термостат/#’

  2. Проанализируйте полученные данные и проверьте, соответствуют ли они ожидаемым значениям

  3. Убедитесь, что типы данных (например, строка, число, булево значение) в настройках переменных соответствуют тому, что фактически передается от устройства через MQTT.

Добрый день!

Прикрепите, пожалуйста, диагностический архив и схему подключения.

Какая модель термостата? Будет здорово, если прикрепите документацию на него.
Как термостат запитан? Блок питания, схема питания.

На первый взгляд похоже на проблемы связи из-за неверного физического подключения или проблем с питанием.

Александр, спасибо за отклик.
Все данные соответствуют действительности. И температура комнаты и Set Point и режимы работы. Все правильно приходит на MQTT брокер, единственное напрягает что периодический строки становятся красным.

Модель термостата: fan coil thermostat | Breeze Controls
Питание напрямую от 220В. Связь AB термостата на AB RS-485-2 контроллера. Когда подключаю термостат к компьютеру по MbobasPoll не единой ошибки не приходит. У меня сомнение в моих настройках параметров каналов обратной связи (скриншоты отправлял выше)

не могу точно сказать что все правильно сделал по SSH. Вот такой файл получил.

Да, похоже что неправильно :grinning: Файл должен начинаться с diag, там ещё серийный номер контроллера в названии и дата, а формат zip

Подскажите, как вам подсказать? Что не ясно?

Похоже что контроллер старенький, не могу даже обновить прошивку,

Похоже на проблемы с физическим подключением.

Переключили на RS-485-1?

Тут недостаточно информации по схеме подключения. Для RS-485 также нужно соединять GND. Возможно, у данного устройства это клемма COM - но это догадка.

Также подскажите, пожалуйста, устройства на шине друг за другом подключены? Последовательная топология? Есть ли терминаторы? (См. Физическое подключение)

Для контроля можно попробовать коротким кабелем подключить единственным устройством на порт, посмотреть сохранится ли поведение.

Да переключил на 2-й порт чтобы убедится что проблема не в порте.
Сейчас переключил на первый порт и параллельно подключился программой Modbus Poll. Добавил COM. Длина кабеля 1 метр, терминатора нет. Могу добавить но не думаю что это поможет.
В программу Modbus Poll когда RS подключено вместе с WB контроллером ошибки проскакивают но как только отключаю клемму RS с контроллера в Modbus Poll ошибки исчезают. У меня сомнения в моих настройках каналов. Подскажите как я могу отправить Вам файл конфигурации мною созданного устройства с протоколом Modbus чтобы Вы проверили на наличии ошибок или могу сделать скриншоты.
Еще раз отправляю данные для диагностики но уже со второго порта.

Файл конфигурации вижу в архиве.
Согласно тексту ошибок устройство не отвечает по таймауту. Не могу придумать, как такое может быть из-за настроек каналов.

Думаю, можно попробовать увеличить таймаут. Там несколько параметров с ним связано, попробую разобраться в них и вернусь с ответом.

Пять минут полет нормальный.
Вроде получилось, ошибки больше не лезут.
Хочу попробовать подключить еще пару термостатов на эту шину, по результатам опишусь.
