Проблема со снятием данных в погодных условиях

Товарищи здравствуйте, возникла непонятная проблема. И я не пойму куда копать, может подскажет кто. Есть в наличии wirenboard 7 и к нему по rs485 подключены счетчики меркурий. И проблема в том что данные в influxdb отстают минут на 40 примерно. Соответственно в графане данные за последние 5 минут не посмотреть. Сейчас 11:03 а данные последние в базе до 10:20. Время в контейнере правильное по UTC и в телеграфе и в инфлюксе. Вместо всех топиков в telegraf как я делал раньше, я снимаю только те которые мне нужны. И я не понимаю в какую сторону копать, раньше такой проблемы не наблюдалось. В логах telegraf все хорошо. Может у кого есть идеи в чем проблема? Может борду холодно и из за этого он поздно отдает данные? Хотя в документации написано что он может работать до -40

Ну и секцию

Оптимально - включить в выводимые топики системное время, например.

Я не увидел временных отметок.
То есть - на что обратить внимание в приложенных логах?

Просто публикуйте их в топик, передаваемый telegraf, например.
Я вижу метод диагностики таким: убедиться что telegraf передает актуальные данные.
Для этого желательно их увидеть.
То есть если в логе будут видны данные времени совпадающие с текущим - то значит они и переданы.

Не очень понимаю как это сделать. Когда топики генерирует сам wirenboard

Ну да, создайте топик со временем. Виртуальным устройством, например. Ну или тот же как в моем примере system/Current uptime используйте.

кажется я нашел в чем проблема

</dev/ttyRS485-2 9600 8 N 2>: closed due to repetitive errors

WB шлёт на *один и тот же счётчик с адресом 119запросы.
Часть запросов он успевает обслужить → в UI OK
Часть запросов вообще не получает ответа → таймаут → Ошибка r
Из-за большого количества подряд таймаутов драйвер закрывает весь порт /dev/ttyRS485-2 делает паузу (5 секунд) и открывает его снова.

Пока он так мучает 119-го другие счётчики на этом же RS-485-порту тоже стоят в очереди отсюда у меня и пропуски и задержки данных.

Мне кажется он или плохо зажат(119) или с проводом что ну в общем на уровне физики проблема

Хотелось бы видеть какую-то метрику “качества связи” с каждым прибором (условно в процентах) либо подсказать, как это лучше реализовать самому на wb-rules.
Обычно это делают в виде % ошибок от общего количества опроса за период. При превышении % - считается, что связь “плохая”. Эти данные было бы неплохо видеть пользователю. Это можно было бы вывести на тренд и\или алармы, чтобы вовремя ловить деградацию связи.

Да, это можно и несложно сделать на правилах. Не в процентах, конечно но анализировать какое время существует ошибка.
