Контроллер WB6 умер и не запускается

Добрый день. Контроллер WB6 исправно работал около 3 лет и в один прекрасный момент умер. При включении загорается красным, далее через некоторое время горит зеленым и потом перезагружается и все заново (видимо по watchdog). В сети не появляется, отладочная консоль молчит.

Серия процессорного модуля : B357.
Насколько я почитал в других сообщениях, это скорее всего умерла внутренняя память.
Это брак или у контроллера уже вышел срок использования?

Без вывода из отладочной консоли точно определить, что произошло с контроллером, невозможно.
