Да, поведение для отсктствия места - характерное.
Советую переместить что-нибудь на другой раздел.

Докер использует много места для снимков. Можно попробовать перенести всю его папку.
А так

df -h -d 2 /

Покажет вам объём занимаемый каталогами

а может вы подскажете, место в root как то можно почистить? а то там всего 1 гиг, и по умолчанию системой занято 55%…

В вопросе относительно непосредственно контроллера не подскажу. Я себе его только заказ и жду когда приедет. Могу только как опытный пользователь линукса подсказать.

Достаточно пакет поставить: Wb debian stretch. apt update - #2 от пользователя BrainRoot
Но тут видимо factory reset сделан на какой-то старый образ.

home и так симлинком на другом разделе. Но вообще - советую на testing идти сразу, в нем размер корня вдвое больше. Ну и до релиза осталось совсем чуть.
