Добрый день. Приобрели конвертор modbas UTY-VMSX.pdf (446.7 КБ) для внутреннего блока кондиционера ( General Designer ASHG09KETA). Ко второму порту RS-485 Wiren Board 6 подключили только его. Настройки порта и конвертера: скорость 19200, данные 8 бит, бит чётности нет (N), стоп-биты 2, адрес конвертора 111. Написали для него темплейнт UTY-VMSX.json (1.9 КБ). Всё работает исправно и выполняет необходимые функции. Далее к этому же порту подключили датчики WB-MRM 2 mini (адрес 12), WB-MIR v2 (адрес 130), WB-M1W2 (адрес 1,12,13,16,29,37) и конвертор начал произвольно перезагружаться. Смогли понять только то, что когда контроллер опрашивает еще какие-то устройства на этом порту, конвертор перезагружается и чем больше устройств, тем чаще перезагрузки. При этом, когда к этому порту подключены все устройства WB, но мы их не опрашиваем, то конвертор работает исправно.

попробуйте поставить параметр frame_timeout_ms или guard_interval_us.

Здравствуйте! Эти параметры вы добавляли в шаблон конвертера? Какие значения устанавливали?

Попробуйте для проверки добавить параметр следующим образом. Для используемого порта добавьте в веб-интерфейсе “guard_interval_us” = 15000 мкс:

Чтобы параметр появился в интерфейсе нужно нажать на кнопку “Properties” и установить галочку напротив параметра “Guard interval us”, замет опять нажать на “Properties”, чтобы закрыть список.

Пробовали именно так как вы и предлагаете. Но более 4000 не выставляли. Сейчас установили 15000 как вы и рекомендовали. Но все равно перезагрузился через 5 минут работы(((

То есть дольше проработал? Может, он какой-то особенный. Попробуйте 50000 мкс поставить. Иногда со сторонними устройствами помогает.

Точно земля подключена хорошо? Проверьте.

При 50000 мкс проработал 2 часа. Сейчас увеличил до 100000 мкс посмотрим что будет.

Земля подключена хорошо. Если включен один конвертор, то он работает исправно ( 4 дня проработал без единой перезагрузки). Как только добавляешь какое-либо устройство, (WB-MRM 2 mini, WB-MIR v2, WB-M1W2) начинаются перезагрузки. Причем отключение произвожу не физически, а через веб-интерфейс, снимая флажок с пункта Enable device у устройств.

Проблемы с питанием или неконтакты исключены? Кабель связи RS-485 - витая пара?
Контроллер с конвертером от одного блока питания питаются? Если нет, то есть ли возможность соединить выводы GND портов RS-485 или выводы питания “-” конвертера и контроллера с целью снизить вероятные помехи на линии?

Также можно попробовать снизить интервал опроса конвертера и/или остальных устройств.

А если отключить опрос конвертера и опрашивать другие устройства, но оставить конвертер физически подключенным к сети RS-485, то он не перезагружается?

Что-то похожее было с китайскими счетчиками. Если устройств на шине несколько - они висли, пытаясь пропарсить трафик на шине.
То есть их контроллер обрабатывал каждый пакет и при каком-то количестве в единицу времени вис.
В вашем случае может помочь подключение на отдельную шину.

95% что проблем с питанием нет. Кабель используем КИС-Внг(А)-LS 2х2х0.6 .
Конвертору нужна только земля и она подключена к клемме земли rs-485 контроллера.
С интервалами опросов тоже игрался до 4000мс не помогло.
“А если отключить опрос конвертера и опрашивать другие устройства, но оставить конвертер физически подключенным к сети RS-485, то он не перезагружается?”- сейчас попробую.

А если снять галочку с пункта “Enable device” контроллер должен перестать опрашивать устройство? При снятой галочке светодиод “обмен данными” на конверторе продолжает моргать и устройство перезагружается.

Это крайне печальный исход. Провода проложены, все зашито и отделано.
Надо попробовать два конвертора подключить к одному порту и посмотреть не будет такой-же проблемы. А то у нас 7 таких конверторов. Портов не хватит на эти эти кандеи )))

Как вариант все же оставить конвертор одним на шине, если позволяет топология сети. Если свободных портов уже нет, то можно использовать модуль расширения WBE2-I-RS485-ISO. Это добавит еще один порт RS-485 в контроллер и подключить туда только конвертор или только остальные модули.

С параметром guard_interval_us = 100000 мкс конвертор проработал почти сутки без перезагрузки.
