Смонтировано, сейчас - верно.
Исправить - что? Недостаток места? Удалить/переставить/перенести ПО в другой, свободный раздел.

Но это не специфично, контроллер - самый обыкновенный компьютер в общем.
На 6 раздел, он большой и как раз для этого предназначен. Но и вообще, ставить лучше всего сразу в docker контейнеры, удобней и проще.
Перенёс /usr/shared в 6 раздел с символической ссылкой проверил её через sftp. Каталог usr/shared переименовал в shared1 Перезапустился. Теперь контроллер не запускается. Как запустить отладку и переименовать назад?
Причем пингуется, но ssh не работает…

Через USB com-порт видит, Putty через serial не цепляется, параметры подключения брал из инструкции
Какие права на перемещенное? Права на симлинк? куда он точно указывает?
В Debian нет по умолчанию /usr/shared
Есть /usr/share.
В котором, например, есть wb-* каталоги.
Именно на этапе загрузки они не нужны, поэтому контроллер все ж грузится.
Что такое “видит” и “не цепляется”? Покажите команды которые вводите и их вывод, вот прямо скопировав текст из консоли.

С правами все нормально было.
Я не удалял саму /usr/share. Я её переименовал в share1, и сделал символьную ссылку с правами.
cp -R ~/usr/share ~/copy_usr/share
ln -s /usr/share /mnt/data/copy_usr/share
Могу ли я через отладочную консоль переименовать share1 в share и удалить симлинк?
указывает на /root/copy_usr/share а симлинк, получается на /mnt/data/copy_usr/share
Ну и ~/usr/share - нету.

Может можно как то запуститься с флешки каким нибудь образом и получить доступ к файловой системе?
Пробовал вставлять флэшку с wb6_update.fit, отформатированной по инструкции, на нее не реагирует как на скришотах в мануале по обновлению и прошивке
Консоль как раз и доступна, разве нельзя войти?
Нет, если не удастся выполнить команды из консоли Debug порта - проще сделать Factory reset.
