Помогите определить проблему по логу (другой объект)

Добрый день!
все как всегда, работало, пока не перестало
симптомы даже не понятные, т.к. объект далеко
с сотого раза удалось зайти на устройство, остановить ватчдог
и сгрузить логи

по моему нет связи между MQTT и самими устройствами, т.к. запись в топик значения проходит, в интерфейса отражается, но само устройство не становится активным
и сейчас уже после очередной перезагрузки заметил, что значения не обновляются с датчиков, с модулей (напряжение), подключенный счетчик меркурий…

утром удалось прибыть на объект, перегрузили контроллер по питанию
система ожила, но по моему пытается уходить в перезгрузку или очень долго загружается

при этом заметил, что если перегрузить командой, то теряются устройства - не поддаются управлению
если перегружаем по питанию, то оживает, но при этом остановливаю ватчдог

а так же если смотреть на вебе за изменением параметров, раньше они очень быстро обновлялись (на том же меркурии это хорошо было видно), сейчас видно, что что-то мешает… существенно время обновления увеличивается

могу дать удаленный доступ со своего компьютера к устройству

не успеваю, первый раз такое вижу, что буквально секунд 15
при этом успевает активироваться веб интерфейс, успеваю только в консоль root и пароль и все
на вход в систему не хватает времени, тем более вводить остановку ватчдога

Подозреваю что раздута база mqtt.
Значит в не что-то создается и не удаляется.

У вас в скриптах не создаются какие-то временные данные в ней, которые потом не удаляются?

привезли контроллер
в итоге в офисе уже не не смог загрузить
решил решить проблему через сбор в заводские настройки
в итоге все заканчивается вот таким результатом

выдернул флешку с которой загружался, контроллер обновился
удалось зайти на web

но не пускает к себе по SSH

Подключитесь в Debug кабелем, можно будет посмотреть что с сетью.
Обновился после очередной попытки?

оказывается он просто оживился, прошивка как есть 2019 года так и стоит на нем
уже по простому решил через веб интерфейс подсунуть ему файл
