Не могу войти в интерфейс через 192.168.42.1 и через ssh тоже

Доброго времени суток!

Контроллер был куплен в начале года. Лежал до сентября, пока не начал подключение и вот пошла первичная настройка. Подключение через wi-fi на ноутбуке. В щит витая пара не приходит, не заложили. Вошел в интерфейс через 192.168.42.1, начал настройку. Сперва попробовал обновить через строку в termius командой apt update && apt dist-upgrade -y. Проделал несколько раз и видимо не особо вник в ошибки которые выдавались. Потом принялся за подключение устройств через configs, добавлял WB-MR6Cv.2, их у меня 5 штук. Сохранил, но во вкладке devices ничего не появилось. Начал выдавать ошибку. Потом попробовал сбросить до заводских настроек скачав сборку по ссылке из Вики. Прошла процедура установки, все опять же через веб интерфейс. Далее начали выпадать ошибки подключения, порт не работал. Далее вообще даже через ssh в termius не смог подключиться. Теперь захожу в 192.168.42.1 в браузере и даже не заходит в интерфейс. Пытался восстановить до заводских настроек физической флешкой. Скачал файл, подключил в контроллер. Включение, жду мигание красного индикатора, нажимаю коротко кнопку обновления на корпусе, сигналы не звучат. Потом просто начинает мигать зеленым и ничего не происходит. Прошу помощи в решении проблемы

Здравствуйте!
Какая у вас версия контроллера? Пришлите, пожалуйста, фото наклейки с серийным номером контроллера (наклейка наклеена на лицевой панели). Возможно просто не определяется флешка с обновлением.

Рекомендую подключиться через отладочный порт Отладочный порт — Wiren Board и контролировать процесс сброса к заводским настрйкам по сообщениям в консоли. Какую?

Без вывода из Debug порта можно только гадать.
Посмотрите что выводится.

Скорее всего Вы правы, что не читается флешка. Смотрел ролик на Ютуб по первичной настройке контроллера от Intelligent House, делал все как показано по откату до заводских. Но не давал контроллер обратную связь, предполагаю что флешку нет видит. Звуков и индикации таких нет как в инструкции по этому видео показывали

Буду пробовать Ваши инструкции, фото версии контроллера и серийного номера прикрепляю

Вошел в отладочную консоль, все получилось. Только не могу войти по логину root. Какой может быть логин? Ничего не менял в WEB UI при настройке. И когда заходил в консоль через Termius вводил логин - root и пароль - wirenboard.

Высылаю вывод из Debug порта при попытке откатить систему до заводских настроек при помощи wb6_update_FACTORYRESET.fit файла на флешке. Попробовал 5 различных флешек которые смог найти у себя, ни с одной не происходит того, что было описано в ссылке от @Explorerol . Прошу помочь проанализировав лог загрузки из debug:

Судя по логам контроллер не обнаружил флеш-накопитель. Накопитель вставляете в порт USB1? Отформатируйте накопитель, как описано в инструкции: Форматирование USB-накоптеля в FAT32 — Wiren Board

И попробуйте еще раз.
Также можно попробовать уменьшить размер раздела на флешке.

Удалось все таки сбросить до заводских настроек. Флешка была распознана, все делал по инструкции - был оранжевый мигающий диод, потом звуковой сигнал, нажал кнопку, до 4 коротких подождал, отпустил. Процесс сброса завершился
Вот лог загрузки после извлечения флешки из контроллера. Через 192.168.42.1 по прежнему не могу зайти. В WEB UI не могу попасть, и модули реле подключенные по RS-485 не выдают индикации @Explorerol

Добрый день! Вопрос решён. Дам небольшую обратную связь. После форматирования флешки по указанной выше инструкции контроллер ее увидел, понял это через логи в консоли из отладочного порта. Наконец контроллер замигал оранжевым, дождался длинного звукового сигнала и зажал клавишу FW на корпусе устройства, после 4 коротких сигналов отпустил, процесс factory reset прошел успешно. Далее пытался войти в интерфейс через 192.168.42.1 но не получалось. Настраивал подключение контроллера к вайфаю, т.к. проводного подключения к интернету не предусмотрели. Потом вообще зациклились ошибки какие-то, да так, что не мог написать команду никакую, контроллер просто поперёк моей команды выводил логи. Решил этот вопрос повторным откатом до заводских через factoryreset. И сразу же решил еще и обновить через файл прошивки wb6_update с последней версией ошибки. Обновился, загрузился, ошибки перестали появляться, но контроллер по прежнему не видел модули реле по шине RS-485 и в веб интерфейс не получалось зайти. Забил и положил на это все дело… Через несколько часов работы на объекте подключил все устройства по шине RS-485, думаю - дай запущу, может заработают. И о да, все заработало, индикация на всех устройствах появилась!!! УРА! В чем была проблема, как я понял(может меня поправят разработчики): у меня была шина RS-485 на 8 устройств, а подключено было всего 6 из них и 2 последних штекера просто висели в воздухе. Предполагаю что контроллер уходил в защиту и не работал адекватно из-за этого. После вставки штекеров в выходы на последних 2ух устройствах и повторного включения все заработало. Контроллер увидел модули реле и диммеры света, появилась индикация, в WEB UI зашел по 192.168.42.1 и через serial настроил модули реле, выключатели к нему. Огромное спасибо за полезные статьи, вывели меня на правильную линию решения проблемы:)

Если 8 устройств, подключенных по питанию к контроллеру работают нормально, то и 6 должны были работать нормально. Возможно, дело было в перезагрузке?
