уже была похожая ситуация,Сброс до заводских настроек Wiren Board 6.9, но сейчас нет доступа к веб, пробовал 3 разных флешки результат один и тот же, пробовал ждать минут 5-10, результата нет, u-boot-install-wb результат не поменял:
