Аналогичная проблема, только доступ по SSH с облака более критичен…
Можно как-то понять более точно сроки и что происходит, получается зайти только на пару минут и вышибает. Толком ничего нельзя сделать уже несколько дней

В данный момент разработчики усердно работают над выявлением причины. Ваша проблема не единична.
Ориентировочные сроки устранения до выявления причины назвать не можем.
