Проблемы с контроллером Wiren Board 6

Приветствую,проблема вот в чем: перестали работать датчики подключенные к контроллеру, питание на них есть но в веб интерфесе показывает что откючены. Контролер после включения долго прогружается, подключиться через ком порты не удается так-же как и через лан. Модбас не работает не один из портов. До этого все нормально работало ни каких махинаций с ним не проводилось.
Проверка мультиметром показала что в первом порту (А1 В1) 4 вольта , а во втором порту 0,1 вольт, на контакте V+ 0.138 вольт,

Пришлите, пожалуйста, фотографию, как и что у вас подключено.
Измерьте входное напряжение контроллера и напряжение на устройствах.

вот собственно по такому принципу все и подключено было, сейчас просто нет возможности в щите все это снять

Принцип правильный.

Вот это всё равно надо сделать.

И к контроллеру в любом случае надо как-то подключиться. Возможно, для этого потребуется отключить от него все устройства. Если не получается, пишите, какие именно ошибки возникают.

После подключения нужно проверить состояние V_OUT в веб-интерфейсе, точно ли он включен. Если он включен, а напряжения нет, то выполнить service wb-homa-gpio status и прислать вывод.

входное напряжение 24 вольта, на выходе отсутствует +, проверил в вэб интерфейсе V_OUT включен (статус ок), на портах А1 А2 напряжение

Проблема вот здесь, что-то случилось с wb-homa-gpio. Этот драйвер управляет выходом V_OUT, и он не работает.

Пришлите, пожалуйста, текстом:

  1. полный вывод service wb-homa-gpio status,
  2. вывод dmesg,
  3. вывод cat /etc/wb-homa-gpio.conf

Предположу что проблемы с /tmp/wb-homa-gpio.do-not-edit.conf
Если можно - его содержимое сюда.
Ну и запустить руками
/usr/bin/wb-homa-gpio -c /tmp/wb-homa-gpio.do-not-edit.conf
должен показать обработку файла конфига и если где-то ошибка - то ругнуться.

Ещё можно service wb-homa-gpio status > 1.txt, и потом 1.txt скачать.

с текстом что то не получилось

попробывали сейчас подключить wb-mr6lv/s, индикатор горит а в веб интерфейсе не подключен показывает, пробовали релейные выходы замыкать ни какой реакции

Попробуйте убрать ( Hardware Modules Configuration - External I/O module [1-8]) все модули. То есть установить “None” для каждого. Ну и нажать кнопку “Save”.

И да, после сохранения в файл - его просмотр через cat 1.txt
Или запустите mc и просмотрите файл через F3.

Вот это я не очень понял. Вы его так же, как здесь, подключали?

Потому что не понимаю, как мог загореться светодиод, если у вас на Vout 0.2 В.

Наверняка в конфиге лишний символ или наоборот не хватает.
И да, в настройках, в меню веб-интерфейса “Devices” - точно ничего лишнего не подключено?
