Сброс до заводских настроек

Добрый день! Пытался подключить счетчик Mercury 236 по RS-485. Все сделал по инструкции. В списке Devices счетчик появился, но не отображались поля тарифов, нужен был дневной и ночной. Далее нашел на форуме как добавить custom-ные поля и, прописал их вручную, все успешно добавилось. Затем решил перезагрузить контроллер и все пропало. Значения отображаются красным цветом. Что бы я не делал ничего не помогает, удалял, менял порт, обновил прошивку и попробовал, ни-че-го. Решил сбросить контроллер до заводских настроек с помощью флэшки. Форматнул флэшку, перекинул файл, переименовал, вставил в USB1, выключил-включил. Итог: контроллер не видит файла прошивки, не мигает оранжевым.

В большинстве случаев неудачный сброс связан с некорректным форматом ФC на флешке. Покажите вывод через Debug порт.

Это? При загрузке показывает какие-то символы, ничего информативного

Добрый день.
Вообще - я просил вывод из Debug при попытке сделать Factory reset.
Но если пытаетесь сделать вот с этого устройства, размеченного в gpt и с первым разделом efi - то понятно, что не сработает.

Как и писал выше, большинство проблем с неверной ФС на флешке.
В инструкции как раз указано: Обновление прошивки контроллера Wiren Board — Wiren Board
что флешку надо форматировать в fat32.
Попробуйте оставить один раздел и именно FAT32

при загрузке получаю только такие символы

Настройте порт на верную скорость, стопбиты.

Но ведь параметры описаны, скопирую сюда:

Пример вывода с удачным распознаваниеи флешки:

Варианта два: Менять флешку или попробовать вот так, не все контроллеры флешек успеывают определяться:

комбинациями usb start/ usb stop мне удалось определить флэшку и ввести команду boot. Контроллер “заморгал” оранжевым чаще обычного и я даже успел на 1 секунду зажать кнопку fw, но контроллер как ни в чем не бывало загрузился. Все старые “зависшие” устройства в devices так и остались. Теперь при попытке остановить загрузку, нажатием любой клавиши, остановки не происходит

Добрый день! Получилось ли у вас сбросить контроллер? Если нет, то пришлите, пожалуйста лог и консоли, когда пытаетесь сделать сброс, а также вывод команды fdisk -l в виде отдельных файлов во вложении.

У меня удалось скинуть до заводских через флешку только с отключенным разъемом эзернет из первого порта . Иначе не давал ни в какую . Питание изначально было с блока питания подано , не POE . Как только вытащил разъем сразу все как в инструкции заработало , до этого мучался часа 2 и так и так .
Флешка FAT32 4Гб , Wirenboard 6 прошивка 6.7.2

Добрый день. Интересно, а вывод из Debug консоли остался?
Вообще загрузчик не использует сеть, никак, так что довольно странное поведение.
