WB6: перестал работать Bluetooth

Добрый день!

Некоторое время назад перестал работать Bluetooth. Заметил, что не обновляются показания со счетчиков, полез разбираться и понял, что при сканировании ничего не видно вообще.

Примерно в то же время я установил модуль ZigBee, но софт никакой не обновлял. Может ли это быть связано с нехваткой питания на USB-хабе, как описано здесь? У меня заняты все внутренние модули и оба внешних USB-порта.

Смущает строка Failed to load rtl_bt/rtl8723b_config.bin, но кажется, это и раньше было.

С виду все живое, но при сканировании в эфире тишина… Подскажите, пожалуйсте, что еще проверить, куда копнуть.

помогает ли перезагрузка (по питанию)?

Нет, даже после выключения-выключения кнопкой.

Надо попробовать снять-подать питание полностью, кнопки может быть мало.

Пробовал много всего - другой блок питания, доставал полностью все модули расширения, отключал USB-устройства - ничего не помогает. При очень долгом сканировании бывает что-то проскакивает, но в реальности устройств намного больше.

С отдельным bluetooth-адаптером все хорошо, много устройств сканируется, как и должно быть. А вот встроенный не работает. Похоже, какая-то аппаратная проблема. Что еще можно проверить?

p.s. насколько все же внешний USB-адаптер лучше сканирует! Даже когда у меня все работало со встроенным адаптером - приходилось ставить в скрипте таймаут 120 секунд, чтобы словить BLE-пакеты от счетчиков, а счетчики передают пакеты с интервалом 15 сек. И то не всегда за 2 минуты ловил нужные пакеты - и это с внешней антенной!. А сейчас, с отдельным маленьким USB-адаптером, ловятся все передаваемые пакеты, каждые 15 сек.

Что хотелось бы понять: встроенный модуль wi-fi+bluetooth изначально такой кривой, или проблема конкретно моего экземляра? Если он в целом такой, то пожалуй, нет смысла дальше что-то восстанавливать. Может, рассмотреть другой модуль в следующих версиях контроллера?

То есть работает, ошибок нет - но плохо? При отключении антенны - так же? или хуже?

Фактически не работает. Никакие устройства не сканируются, иногда раз в час что-то находит. С антенной или без - никакой разницы.

Если сравнивать с USB-стиком, то можно оценить так:
сейчас - не работает вообще
раньше - работало плохо

  1. А не могли бы вы сфотографировать антенну со стороны разъёма?
  2. попробуйте пожалуйста вместо антенны просто вставить в разъём проводок длиной ~3см, не заработает лучше?

Если это не антенна, то похоже на брак wi-fi+bt модуля, поменяем по гарантии.

Антенны я уже разные пробовал на 2,4 ГГц. Скорее всего, какая-то неисправность. Но пока не критично, поставил USB-стик. На замену не буду отправлять пока, т.к. этот контроллер постоянно задействован и заменить его нечем.

А чем объясняется выбор wi-fi+bt модуля на чипе rtl8723b? Не планируется ли какая-то альтернатива? Неплохо бы 5 ГГц иметь. Или вообще, полноценный внутренний USB-разъем распаять, чтобы можно было ставить любые wi-fi или bluetooth-модули?

думаем, но там не очень хорошо с драйверами, а модули дороже. Wi-Fi идёт во все контроллеры, поэтому цена критична.

Так их снаружи можно ставить, зачем разъём внутри?

Внешних разъемов всего 2 и они нужны для того, что снаружи и подключается. А вот BT-модуль, или флешку можно и внутри поставить, пигтейл антенны вывести на корпус.

Тоже не работает bluetooth , один раз случайно просканировал и нашел что-то, но в основном молчит.

Сегодня и меня постигла проблема, перестал сканировать, как в режиме scan так и lescan, где то с месяц назад все было хорошо.

И перезагрузиться по питанию.

А вы уверены, что в эфире вообще что-то есть?
Уверен) у меня как BT так и BLE устройств достаточно много рядом, плюс на esp32 все норм сканит.
