Проблема связана с GPG-ключом для репозитория:
Index of /alessandro-strada/ppa/ubuntu.

Решения:

  • Закомментируйте или удалите нестандартный репозиторий, после чего система должна заработать.
  • Либо обновите GPG-ключ репозитория.
