Не стартует WB после ремонта

Добрый день.
на прошлой неделе контроллер вернули из ремонта (тема для обсуждения здесь Docker не запускается - #19 от пользователя BrainRoot)

однако, конроллер все еще не загружается.
при загрузке без флешки со сбросом прошивки уходит в беконечный цикл:

Псоле ремонта (сброса factory reset) по сути контроллер проверялся.
От чего питаете контроллер? Что к нему (сейчас) подключено?

Весьма похоже на перезапуск под нагрузкой. Попробуйте сменить блок питания на другой.

БП - HDR 60-24

его нужно поменять для первого запуска или на постоянной основе? щит скоммутирован под использование этого блока для контроллера и всех реле. что-то не так с ним? до инцидента все работало в такой же конфигурации.

Тем не менее - попробуйте запистать контроллер отдругого, для проверки.

подключил контроллер к альтернативному блоку питания (12В) с отключенными соединениями RS-485. загрузка прошла. но контроллер постоянно уходит в ребут:

но, насколько я понимаю, они же должны были сброситься на дефолтное состояние при сбросе до заводских настроек. как воскресить систему?

А файл разве имеет отличия от дефолтного?

Посмотрите почему не запускается sshd. Причин может быть много, основная - отсутствие сетевых интерфейсов или их совсем некорректная настройка.

Я ничего не менял после сброса до заводских настроек. Но в рамках проверки старта от альтернативного бп сейчас пробую вообще без подключения к сети запускать. Имеет ли это значение?

Как понять, что не так и как это исправить?

Ну и посмотрите/покажите лог sshd.

после этого перезапустил. загрузка прошла удачно. подключил к родному БП, проверил. потом подключил шину и сеть. тоже ок.

но осталась ошибка при загрузке:

cat: /var/lib/wirenboard/short_sn.conf: No such file or directory
нужно ли что-то с этим делать?

пробую подключить устройства, пока неудачно. но продолжаю разбираться.

Это выглядит очень странно, единственное моё предположение: из-за плохого блока питания контроллер был в циклическом ребуте и не смог выполнить действия, которые выполняются при первой загрузке после factory reset.

Попробуйте пожалуйста сделать заново factory reset с другим блоком питания. Вывод из debug usb от начала и до конца выложите пожалуйста здесь.

Но ведь первый запуск после factory reset был в вашей лаборатории. удалось восстановить видимость устройств по обоим последовательным портам. есть предчувствие, что, возможно, все заработало (хотя пока даже дышать на него страшно).

Ну, логов от этого первого запуска у вас не осталось, подробного описания проблемы - тоже. Так что моё предположение остаётся в силе.
