Интернет есть на контроллере 100%
для чистоты эксперимента сделал apt-get clean
Затем

Затем проверил какие пакеты должны обновиться после apt-get update и тут в списке как раз есть тот пакет который удален из репозитория. Значит на сервере wirenboard до сих пор этот пакет в списках существует?
