WB6 обновление прошивки

Добрый день. Пытаюсь обновить прошивку на WB6.8.1, с помощью флешки. Но выдает всегда вот такое.

Прошу уточнить:

  1. Как был подготовлен носитель для обновления?
  2. Как называется файл прошивки на флеш-накопителе?

Судя по логам, вы пытаетесь выполнить сброс настроек. Поведение очень похоже на данный случай.

День добрый, пытался и через веб интерфейс обновить со сбросом, и через флешку в USB1, результат один и тот же.
Название файла - wb6_update_FACTORYRESET

Прошу прислать полный вывод консоли, полученный во время сброса контроллера.

Сейчас попробовал, прошивка даже не начинается, и контроллер вовсе не запускается.

Почему-то пишет что ревизия 6.1, хотя у меня ревизия 6.8.1

Запустить получилось, может его подключить в облако, и вы сами через консоль попробуете по копаться? Без сброса мне удалось через веб интерфейс обновить прошивку, она хоть и криво, но работает, не всегда стартует.

Удалось запустить обновление прошивки со сбросом, тоесть контроллер начал пищать, и я удерживал кнопку пока он не перестанет пищать. Вот вывод -

Есть ли возможность полностью очистить память контроллера, и залить туда прошивку?

Добрый день!

Судя по логам, проблема связана с обнаружением накопителя:

No storage devices, perhaps not 'usb start'ed..?
No USB update detected, continuing boot

Рекомендую попробовать использовать другой USB-накопитель. Убедитесь, что он отформатирован в поддерживаемой файловой системе FAT32

Я пробовал другой накопитель, проблема такая же, а также я пробовал через веб интерфейс обновлять со сбросом, и проблема точно такая же.

Покажите, что лежит на флешке и какой на ней раздел.

Ага, вижу, в флешкой все хорошо, показывать не надо.
выключите на вермя выполнения аппаратный watchdog.

Добрый день, пробовал замыкать контакты как в инструкции для версии 6.8, и пробовал программно отключать командой - systemctl stop watchdog
Все равно ошибка такая же

Хэш файла не совпал. Рекомендую выполнить следующие шаги:

  1. Проверьте хэш загруженного файла
  2. Сравните полученный хэш с эталонным значением, указанным в системе. Хэши должны совпадать.
  3. Убедитесь, что файл был загружен полностью и без повреждений. Если требуется, скачайте файл повторно
