Для WB8.5 переход на Debian 13 предусмотрен. По инструкции Wb-2609, сначала устанавливаются пакеты переходного релиза wb-2606-trixie-transition, затем запускается обновление дистрибутива. Для WB8 требуется не менее 450 Мбайт свободного места в файловой системе, содержащей /root.
Содержимое приложенного архива мне недоступно: в теме он отмечен как доступный только сотрудникам поддержки. Поэтому пока не могу определить, на каком этапе возникла проблема.

- Корневая файловая система
/заполнена на 100%, доступного места нет. При этом/rootнаходится на другом разделе: свободные 41 Гбайт там не устраняют нехватку места в/, где устанавливаются системные пакеты. - Переход не завершён:
/etc/os-releaseуже показывает Trixie, а настройки релиза Wiren Board остались на Bullseye. В журнале видно, что обновление остановилось из-за невозможности запуститьgpgvдля проверки подписей. Связь этой ошибки с заполнением/пока не подтверждена.
Предупреждения о повторяющихся источниках — отдельный вопрос; в приведённом фрагменте выполнение останавливает именно ошибка проверки подписей.
Пока не повторяйте обновление и не отключайте проверку подписей. Сначала пришлите результаты двух проверок:

Что занимает место в корневой файловой системе — команда не заходит в другие разделы:
du -xhd1 / /usr /var 2>/dev/null -
Состояние пакетов и доступность проверки подписей:
dpkg --audit command -v gpgv gpgv --version
По этим результатам можно будет выбрать, что безопасно освободить, и уточнить причину ошибки gpgv. В инструкции Wb-2609 указан запас места в /root, но в вашем случае нужно отдельно разобраться с заполненным /.

Обновление остановилось на настройке пакетов ntpsec, knxd, avahi-daemon: ошибка «Insecure directory in $ENV{PATH}». Кроме того, apt update не может запустить gpgv. Пока не запускайте wb-release и apt upgrade.
Выполните по SSH и пришлите вывод:

По PATH найдём каталог, из-за которого падает настройка пакетов, по du увидим, что занимает место на корне.
