Здравствуйте! Установил сборку testing (Контроллер: 7.4.3 A1IND 1D/H-1G2 Серийный номер: ACVXQMTT), прошёл авторизацию, но контроллер не привязывается к аккаунту (устройство и комнату создал). Хотя пишет - Данный контроллер привязан.[Проверить статус]. Но при проверки статуса - No controllers yet

Для диагностики проблемы пришлите, пожалуйста, архив с диагностической информацией контроллера. Создание архива описано в документации.
Далее переустановите пакет клиента Алисы командой:
apt purge wb-mqtt-alice
apt install wb-mqtt-alice
Сообщите о результате.

Пакет удалил, но установить обратно не даёт. Говорит - Нет такого в репозитории. Переустановил сборку.

Попробуйте выполнить команду:
apt update && apt full-upgrade
При инсталяции пакета алисы:

Как это осуществить?
Зайдите в облако в свою организацию и пригласите пользователя.
Пригласите пожалуйста пользователя support@wirenboard.com в организацию на облачном сервисе.
Для этого в настройках организации нажмите кнопку “Пригласить”
И укажите почтовый адрес:
После этого поддержка получит доступ к вашему контроллеру для диагностики.
Не забудьте удалить потом доступ.
Спасибо БОЛЬШОЕ за помощь! Вопрос решил. Проблема была в доступе контроллера в интернет. Прописал DNS сервера и все вроде заработало!
