Все сделал. Вроде заработало. Но, в облако из контроллера захожу, а из облака в web интерфейс нет.

apt update
apt install traceroute
Затем повторно:
traceroute wirenboard.cloud
Также выполните команды:
systemctl enable wb-cloud-agent@wirenboard.cloud
systemctl start wb-cloud-agent@wirenboard.cloud
Сохраняется ли проблема?

Пригласите пожалуйста пользователя support@wirenboard.com в организацию на облачном сервисе.
Для этого в настройках организации нажмите кнопку “Пригласить”
И укажите почтовый адрес:
После этого поддержка получит доступ к вашему контроллеру для диагностики.
Не забудьте удалить потом доступ.
